1. Introduction and Scope

AIPX3 Inc., a Washington State C corporation ("AIPX3," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with the website at aipx3.com and associated subdomains, our interactive demonstrations, and our email and informational communications (collectively, the "Services").

AIPX3 is a business-to-business company based in the United States, and the Services are directed to users in the United States. This Policy is written to comply with United States federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), and comparable laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. Identifiers and professional contact details such as your name, business email address, company name, and job title, along with the contents of any message you send when you contact us, request a briefing, or sign up for updates.
• Information collected automatically. Technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of access, collected through standard server logs and similar technologies.
• Communications data. If you subscribe to updates, your email address and communication preferences.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial-account numbers, precise geolocation, or health information) through the Website, and we ask that you not submit such information through our forms or email. The Website is not intended for the submission of confidential, proprietary, or regulated carrier data.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and Services;
• respond to your inquiries, provide a requested briefing or materials, and provide support;
• send you updates, newsletters, and product announcements you have requested (you may opt out at any time);
• understand how the Website is used and improve usability and content;
• detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Website currently uses only essential, functional storage necessary for the site and its interactive demonstrations to operate. Some interactive demonstration pages store your preferences locally in your browser (for example, a feed-mode setting); that information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not currently use behavioral analytics. We may implement an analytics service such as Google Analytics in the future; if we do, we will update this Policy, identify the provider, and obtain any consent required by applicable law. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly as a result.

5. How and With Whom We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as described below:

• Service providers (processors). We use vetted third parties to operate the Services under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and they may process your information only to provide services to us. Current providers include Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, content delivery, and security), Web3Forms (processing of contact-form submissions), and Google LLC (delivery of web fonts, which involves your IP address). If we add an analytics provider, it will be disclosed here.
• Legal and protective disclosures. When required by law or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIPX3, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

6. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

AIPX3 does not sell personal information and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA and similar state laws. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, including the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

7. Your United States Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information, subject to legal exceptions:

• Right to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients;
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
• Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions;
• Right to data portability, to obtain a copy of your information in a portable format;
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising and certain profiling (we do not engage in these activities); and
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request to craig@aipx3.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request using the information we hold (for example, by confirming control of the email address associated with your information) before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will inform you of the outcome of the appeal as required by applicable law.

8. California "Shine the Light"

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those parties' direct-marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age, and in particular we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Website may link to or embed third-party websites and services that we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. "Do Not Track" Signals

Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, the Website does not currently respond to them. We will honor recognized opt-out preference signals to the extent required by applicable law.

14. United States Processing

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law, and you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and post the revised Policy on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
